Meet The Team - Action Transmission Specialists

MEET THE TEAM:

Anthony Torres is a native of Long Island. He moved to Florida when he was 15 years old. Anthony is our R&R technician and does much of the general auto repair; he has been involved in the transmission industry for 15 years. He is a family man, has 3 children, and enjoys UFC boxing and spending time with his wife Sara and his children.

Kristopher Sidbury is the son of Robin and Cheryl Sidbury. He has been with Action since 2009 and has worked his way up from R&R technician to become a master builder, diagnostician, and shop foreman. He has his own family now and enjoys spending time with them. Kris loves to hunt hogs with his many dogs, as well as hunt gators in his spare time.

Robin Sidbury is a native of Jacksonville and started in the business over 35 years ago. He has also worked his way up through the ranks to become an owner operator. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, swimming, and most any sport having to do with water. He is active in Ribault Lodge #272 Jacksonville, Beach also enjoys his family time with his wife, Cheryl Binkley Sidbury.

Cheryl Sidbury is also a native of Jacksonville and has been married to Robin for over 29 years. Therefore, she has been involved in the transmission business for quite some time. She handles the bookkeeping, outside sales, and about anything else the rest of the shop may need from time to time. Cheryl is an active member of the Southside Woman’s club. She doesn’t really have much spare time, as we most always need her to help us out and run parts for customers.
